How are Nestly products made?
Almost everything we sell is made to order. Once you place an order, your item is printed and crafted just for you, then quality-checked before it ships.
How long does production take?
Most made-to-order items are produced within 2–5 business days before shipping. During peak seasons (like the holidays) this can occasionally take a little longer.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States.
How long does delivery take?
After production, US orders typically arrive within 3–8 business days. Most orders arrive within about 5–12 business days from the day you order.
Will I get tracking?
Yes! As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link so you can follow it right to your door.
Digital Products
How do I receive digital downloads?
Digital products (templates, printables, and downloads) are delivered instantly. You'll get a download link on the confirmation page and by email right after checkout — no shipping, no waiting.
Can I re-download my files?
Yes, your download link stays active. If you have any trouble, just reach out and we'll resend it.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Because most items are made to order especially for you, we can't accept returns for change of mind or the wrong size being ordered. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll absolutely make it right.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're so sorry! Contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund right away.
Are digital products refundable?
Because of their instant-access nature, digital downloads are non-refundable once purchased.
