Return & Refund Policy

At Nestly, almost every product is made to order especially for you. Because each item is custom-produced, we handle returns a little differently than a traditional store.

Change of mind & wrong size

Since made-to-order items are printed just for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or for an incorrectly ordered size or variant. Please review product descriptions and sizing details carefully before ordering — and reach out any time if you have questions, we're happy to help.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Your happiness matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we'll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at comfy@nestly.life with your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — no need to ship the item back.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to process the credit.

Digital products

Because digital downloads are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all digital purchases are final and non-refundable.

Order changes & cancellations

Need to change or cancel an order? Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually help if your item hasn't entered production yet, but once production begins we're unable to make changes.
