Where we ship
Nestly currently ships within the United States, and all prices are in USD.
Production time
Because our products are made to order, each item is produced especially for you. Production usually takes 2–5 business days before your order ships.
Shipping time
Once produced and shipped, delivery within the US typically takes 3–8 business days. In total, most orders arrive within about 5–12 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery may take longer during peak seasons or due to carrier delays outside our control.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order. Watch for free-shipping promotions throughout the year!
Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also check your status any time on our Track Your Order page.
Digital products
Digital items are delivered instantly via a download link on the confirmation page and by email — no shipping required.
Returns & Refunds
Made-to-order items
Since each physical product is custom-made for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or an incorrectly ordered size. Please review sizing details carefully before ordering.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Your satisfaction matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the item.
Digital products
Because digital downloads are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all digital purchases are final and non-refundable.
